WINS Batch Ovens are custom designed and built to meet your specific cook needs. Balanced airflows ensure uniformity in product temperatures and color resulting in consistent yields. Batch ovens can be equipped with fully-automated CIP systems.

CONTINUOUS SYSTEMS

WINS Continuous Processing Systems are designed to meet your production requirements. Flexibility in design offers continuous and fully automated thermal processing of linked products. Precision in the heating and cooling process increases food safety.

BRINE CHILLERS

Rapid brine chillers use significantly less floor space than standard air coolers. Reduced variation optimizes pump, eliminates shrinkage and offer consistent yields. Our brine chillers reduce shower water usage and overall energy costs.

CASING REMOVAL SYSTEMS

Our Casing Removal System can be used to help reduce cost of labor removing the casing from the peeler, as well as making the process more sanitary. Typically set outside the facility over a trash hopper, a blower motor that creates a vacuum that transfers the casings from the peeler to the hopper.

CLEAN-IN-PLACE SYSTEMS

Expertly manufactured Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems for sanitation of process piping, tanks and equipment designed to properly match your process. Cleaning is quicker, less labor-intensive and poses less of a chemical risk to operator. CIP systems also saves water and increases production.

AIR-SEALED DOORS

Our air-sealed doors are all stainless steel construction and are fitted with reinforced Nitrile rubber gaskets. Our doors can be equipped with a Venturi Evac system to rapidly deflate the gasket, preventing operators from prematurely opening the doors and damaging the gasket.
